THE HARD WAY TO LEARN GARDENING:
YOU OPEN YOUTUBE AND IMMEDIATELY REGRET IT...
You go in with real hope. You actually want this: fresh food, a beautiful yard, something growing that you planted yourself.
But then you hit the wall. Frost dates. Days to maturity. Companion planting charts. Soil amendments. Grow zones. It doesn't matter if it's your first garden or your fifth. At some point, the details pile up and the joy drains right out of it.
And then there's the reality check. A real vegetable garden takes serious time, serious physical effort, and more money than anyone warns you about up front. For most people -- most normal, busy women with real lives -- going all-out simply isn't possible.
So the dream quietly dies. Not because you failed. Because nobody showed you a gentler way in for the way you want to garden
The Well-Loved Garden gives you exactly that.
GARDENING SHOULD BRING YOU JOY, NOT DRAIN IT.

About Me
I've actually taken a master gardener course. Twice. I've sat through the classes, done the coursework, learned the "right" way to do all of it.
And then I went home to my yard in Texas.
MY YARD HAD A DIFFERENT IDEA.
I've done the square foot gardening thing. We built the beds, spent the money, harvested a disappointingly small return on a very large investment. And after a couple of seasons at our current home, surrounded by beautiful pines and oaks that also happen to block most of the sun, I finally had to accept that I cannot even grow cherry tomatoes here. I can grow lettuce, technically. But I can also buy that at the grocery store.
So I pivoted. Instead of fighting my yard, I started working with it, and what I'm creating now is a gorgeous backyard I actually love being in.
I know what it's like to go in with high hopes and come out wondering what went wrong. I know what it's like to not be able to spend an hour on my knees pulling weeds. And I know what it's like to finally let go of what a garden is "supposed" to look like and build something that genuinely feeds your soul instead.
That's who I made this course for. The woman who wants to grow something, whatever that looks like for her.
